PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This section of the toolkit deals with a range of practical project management considerations and competencies that may be required depending on the nature and complexity of your project.

It should be noted that no artist should be expected to shoulder the full responsibility or manage all the aspects of projects described here. Moreover, neither the artist, nor any one party, should be expected to have all the skills and expertise required to manage all elements of a project and no one should be expected to undertake tasks or responsibilities that they are not able to do.

However, every artist needs to be sufficiently familiar with all such competencies to be assured that they have been considered and are being managed by someone, and all stakeholders should be able to have confidence that they being addressed appropriately.
