Event Management Plans

 

 

For simple projects an MoU along with a detailed schedule and budget may be all you need to reflect your project activities and the different tasks it entails. You may however need something that explains your project in much more detail. Such a plan could give an overview of project dates, a brief description of what should happen by when and the key deadlines by which certain elements need to be achieved. In exceptional circumstances, for very complex projects, a detailed Event Management Plan may be required and, in those cases, people with specific experience and expertise in those areas may need to be involved. 

It is often useful to develop your budget and schedule together. This can allow you to plan what resources are required, when they are required and for how long, and how much they will cost throughout the lifetime of the project.
